Features of chain conveyor

1. It has a wide range of applications, except for materials with extremely high viscosity, general solid materials and finished objects can be transported.

2. Large conveying capacity. In particular, the production capacity of the slat conveyor (generally referred to as a double-chain corrugated slat conveyor) can be as high as 1000t/h

3. The traction chain has high strength and can be used for long-distance transportation;

4. Flexible layout of transmission lines. Compared with belt conveyors, slab conveyors can convey under the conditions of larger inclination angle and smaller bending radius, so the layout flexibility is greater. The inclination angle of the slab conveyor can reach 30°-35°, and the bending diameter is generally about 5-8m;

5. Various processes such as sorting, drying, cooling or assembling can be carried out during the conveying process;

6. The operation is stable and reliable.
