Process of making charcoal from sugarcane

Bagasse can be used as one of the raw materials for the production of mechanism charcoal by charcoal machine. After sugar making, sugar mills will leave a lot of bagasse waste. These waste will usually be treated cheaply. How to make effective use of these bagasse waste? As the equipment of biomass charcoal making, machine-made charcoal can make use of these wastes. If you can buy cheap bagasse waste there, you can start with a set of charcoal machine equipment to process these waste into charcoal, and the value will double. Bagasse needs a pulverizer to make charcoal (crush bagasse into about 5mm chips), and then put it into a dryer for drying (water content is 8-10%), and then put it into a bar machine to extrude it into a 50mm hollow wood bar, which is carbonized in a carbonization furnace. Out comes machine-made charcoal, with a market price ranging from 3500-4000 tons. It can be used as waste, which also reduces the basic cost of making charcoal.
