Working principle of coal rod machine

         The coal rod machine is a machine that sends a mixture of powdered coal or charcoal powder that has been proportioned and prepared into a feeding tube, and uses the principle of spiral extrusion to compress it into a cross-section. The formed products have circular, plum blossom or other shapes. It is a molding equipment with mechanical strength. The coal rod machine adopts a variable pitch impeller to forcefully push the coal powder at the back of the cylinder forward. After the coal powder is compressed in the barrel, it is extruded through the circular hole in the front head to form a coal rod. There are various shapes of the circular hole and the coal rod. The coal rod breaks naturally due to gravity or resistance during the forward process.
