Chain plate conveyor

Product introduction:

The chain plate conveyor uses a series of slats fixed on the traction chain to transport materials in the horizontal or inclined direction. The single steel plate is hinged into a ring belt as the traction and bearing member of the conveyor. The bearing surface has a transverse spacer placed in the trough box to drive the ring belt to transport the materials by the spacer. It is composed of drive mechanism, tensioning device, traction chain, lath, drive and steering sprocket, frame, etc. It has been widely used in metallurgy, coal, chemical industry, electric power, machinery manufacturing and other industrial sectors of the national economy.

Features of chain conveyor:

1. It has a wide range of applications. Except for materials with special viscosity, general solid materials and finished materials can be transported;

2. Large conveying capacity. In particular, the production capacity of scale plate conveyor (generally called double chain wavy plate conveyor with rib) can reach 1000t/h;

3. The traction chain has high strength and can be used for long-distance transportation;

4. The transmission line is arranged flexibly. Compared with the belt conveyor, the plate conveyor can transport under the conditions of larger inclination angle and smaller bending radius, so the layout is more flexible. The inclination angle of the apron conveyor can reach 30 ° - 35 °, and the bending radius is generally about 5-8m;

5. In the process of transportation, various processes such as classification, drying, cooling or assembly can be carried out;
