Accompanying clients to inspect projects

We've been working with this Venezuelan client for several years, maintaining a consistently excellent relationship. Sometimes, the client needs to purchase products that aren't manufactured in our factory. We help them find these products, scout prices, negotiate costs, and determine configurations. The client trusts us implicitly. Today, their custom-made well-drilling rig was completed, and they requested that we accompany them to the factory for inspection. We readily agreed and accompanied them, and they were very satisfied. As clients, we've become friends, treating their needs as our own; achieving their satisfaction is our ultimate goal.
